Anyone have any thoughts on cleaning up the edge of curly redwood slab I want to keep the character of it going to design the piece around it I thought of using a Dremel with various attachments I’ll post a pic of it any thoughts would be appreciated!!

How about a wire wheel chucked into your drill? I've used the technique many times for cleaning up live edges and it seems like your Curly Redwood slab would be a great candidate.
Redwood is pretty soft, I would try a stiff fiber / nylon brush by hand and liberal use of compressed air.
Hi thanks for the thoughts I to thought the redwood would be to soft I ended up using scotch bright pads steal wool and some mineral spirits not to bad now just gotta design the piece lol
