Looking for crossslide for lathe
I ave a delta 16-42 steelbed lathe and I have been experimenting with laminated bowls. I recently learned of a new technique where concentric rings are cut with angles on either side from a single laminated piece of wood. I want to mount a cutter on a slider to accomplish this.
Anyway, I am looking to find a cross-sliding table of some sort that I can attacth to my lathe (simlar to those found on a metalworking or a vintage patternmaker’s lathe)
Any ideas on where to look would be greatly appreciated

I bought mine from ENCO a few years ago.
Not too expensive.
Problem is you might not have the height, as they are a good 3 or 4 inches tall.

Grizzly has crossslide vices. Look in the metal tool accesories for the better ones.I have the small version , 6" travel in each direction. The larger ones have up to 18" of travel in one direction, not sure in the other direction.
