lighting for an sharpening a handsaw

What is the best method to improve lighting for sharpening a hand saw?
I will probably use a combination of magnifier and focused light on the saw.

A couple of ways to go
Probably the very best is work outside with some magnification.
Second best is this visor light. I work in a garage/shop that is bellow the house with no windows so this is what I use.

The batteries last a very long time.
I like swing arm desk lights, like the one below, for task lighting. Inexpensive and flexible.
