i’m looking for the definition of post forming regarding laminate counter tops. is it that the edges such as the front edge is roounded and has a lip on it? or, is there more to it than that?
thanks.

Post forming is the process in which plastic laminate is rolled (formed) around a profiled substrate, here generally a 32mm thick particle board (although in NZ I beleive they use 36mm). The process is accomplished by heating the laminate & then folding it around the substrate to which it is bonded.
Radii of 10 & 15mm are commonest on either the top or top & bottom of the edge. Hope this helps
