How do I keep the sidebar from reverting after I expand it? I drag it and everything is ok until I go away then come back. It always returns to the unexpanded mode.

Michael, back in the days when I used 2 different computers to browse Knots, one had this problem but the other one didn't. I never did figure out what the problem was. They were both using the same browser (Internet Explorer, probably 6.x at that time), and even the same basic machine, but one would behave, the other would not.
That wasn't much help, was it? :-(

I accept cookies so that's not the problem. Thanks anyway.
Unfortunately, the cookie settings didn't account for the bizarre behavior of that left-frame set. I keep (actually, kept) the setting the same on both computers, but never could get that left-hand frame to stay at the same size. I'd reply to a post, click "Continue" and bink! it would be back to its original size.forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
