I'm all for catered events. I'll have a gin martini with a lemon twist and do you still have some of those little sausages ? If not some mixed nuts will do. Stirred not shaken.

roc,
Get us a table-- 1200 bar pressure with no room between sleeves is too crowded for me.
Bourbon, rocks.

Do not care for mounting or dismantling any thing under the bar with any thing that involves a shaft , in the bent over position this could be frightening, the hydro mechanical joint could be compromised thus forcing it in reverse through the double walled sleeves ... leaving a man with a key less bush. I would rather be on top of the bar with Ray and Rock without the bar pressure. nothing wrong with empty space.
12 year old on two rocks
I agree go figure, but not about the rocks. Single malt, neat is more my ticket, but rocks with blended.
I used to go neat till I found out that just a splash of H2O "opened" up Scotch. Do an experiment. Pour out two or three fingers in a clear tumbler and drop in a teaspoon of water and watch it. Wonderfull thing.
