All too often these days we have bad experiences with a company so it is especially refreshing when we have a great one! I purchased a few items from Iturra Designs. Their Blade Gage works great and the BladeRunner resaw blade is fantastic – I am now able to slice thin veneers that are pretty smooth right off the saw. Their catalog is a bit unusual these days – several articles about the history of Jet & Delta and head-to-head comparisons. But the real treat came when I emailed the company about one product that I had a problem with (a Lennox utility knife). Within a few hours I received an email that a replacement would be out in the next business day’s mail. Wow! When a company has great products AND fantastic customer service it’s a great thing.

You might want to wait a spell before calling for that catalogue.
I've been after them for one for a couple of months, but to no avail as they are out of the 06 catalog and not quite ready to go to print with the 07 catalogue just yet.
I'm really looking forward to getting one when they have the new one ready, though!
