I’ve had this bandsaw for a few years. Recently I tried to fine tune the wheels (it has three), belt guides (ball beearings) and belt tention in hopes of getting smoother cuts and less noise. I’m not happy with either at this point and am looking for advise from someone that is familiar with it. Maybe I’m expecting more that it can deliver – I am comparing it to one that we have at work used to cut metal. What puzzles me is that the unit is very well made. The backbone, table and wheels are all high precision aluminum castings. The belt is guided by two sets of three ball bearings. Overall the structure is not as stiff as the cast iron unit from work and others I played with. Cast iron certainly dampens out vibration better.
Any advise? Where can I get a manual? I understand that the company that makes this unit is having financial issues, and parts are hard to come by.

Just a suggestion, in the 80's Lee Valley sold Inca machinery, you might try them for assistance. Given their great customer service, I'm sure they'll go the extra mile to do what ever they can to help
Good Luck,
Brent
Thanks, Brent.
I'll contact Lee Valley to see how they can help.
You might also try contacting Garrett Wade. They no longer sell Inca but have promised to continue with service, support and parts.

How did you make out? I have the same saw and I am looking for replacement tires. I remember someone making a riser kit to increase the resaw capacity too. Might even have been factory.
