Has anyone used one of those honing divices that Woodcraft carries? The picture on their web page makes it look like a no-brainer to put a nice edge on the knives right on the machine.
If it works I’d like to get one, probably the diamond version. But 32 bux is more than I want to experiment with.

I have one I use occasionally. It isn't a substitute for resharpening the knives, but works OK for emergency touchups.
