Any recommendations on a sharpening kit for Hollow Mostise Chisels and bits. I need to purchase a set but can not find one that sharpens The chisels and the bits.

Hi Sal
This article

Pretty much says it all about sharpening Hollow Mortising chisels.
The only tool which is really unique is the Rockler cone-shaped sharpener. These are easily worth the 20 bucks. Hopefully you already have a sandpaper or stone sharpening strategy for standard chisels, plane blades, etc. If not, fasten your seatbelt....

Thanks David, I have been looking at the Rockler tool. The article makes alot of sense and I am wondering why it is not included in the Fine Woodworking latest DVD.
Sal, I think Lee Valley sells them.

Sal,
I have not yet purchased any cones, but have watched and taken to heart the above mentioned FWW video. After very carefully preparing a chisel and bit, I was quite happy with how much the cutting action was improved. However, the real surprise was in how easy it was to extract the chisel out of the completed cut.
This is an excellent example of meticulous cutting tool preparation making a big performance payoff. (That's a lousy sentence but you get my meaning....).
Best!
