Do you get the Attach Documents screen after you click on the Attach Files button? What problem are you experiencing?
I use Norton internet security and I have to disable it completely for upload pics here. After you attempt do you see the file listed in the screen?

What you describe is exactly what happens to me when Norton interferes. That is why I don't use the spell check on the forum as well.
