A quick look at the usual unusual hardware suppliers turned up nothing.
Depending on the client's budget, you might consider contacting Horton Brasses (http://www.horton-brasses.com/) to see if they have something that isn't listed in their catalog. They could certainly make duplicates for you, but that would be expensive.
