Grizzly G0543 jointer discontinued?

I see that Grizzly no longer lists the Model G0543 8 inch jointer (with a spiral head cutter) on their website- looks like it is discontinued. The only other 8″ model with spiral cutter head is the “Z”series- at twice the price.
Any idea why?
Any alternatives?
Heard rumors that they were coming out with a 10″ jointer… but haven’t heard any details.
Inquiring minds want to know…

Grizzly has way too many models of 8" jointer. Part of transitioning to mainland China factories to stay competitive with other vendors; e.g., the new G0586. The older models will be phases out.
I suspect you'll see a spiral cutterhead version of the G0586 before too long.
