Has anyone hung a large flat screen tv in a cabinet/built-in?
If so, how did build the support on the back for the bracket to hold the weight of the tv?

Kaleo,
We did a job last year that involved 7 or 8 of these in various cabinets, like the one in this photo. The bracket is mounted to a sheet of 20mm MDF which is the size of the whole opening. The MDF got screwed in many places (probably 20 screws) to a frame of 2x4's that is fixed in the cabinet. The MDF has a large hole, big enough to put your hand through, in the center behind the TV screen. This is to access all the wiring which comes from the dead space formed by the 2x4 framing.
