Hey guys I’m working on my first cabinet for a closet. I didn’t clean the glue out of the corners of my shelves and now I’m having a very difficult time sanding out the corners. I didn’t realize that the glue was so difficult to sand out or else I would have cleaned it a lot better. Yesterday I used a oscillating tool with a sander attachment that worked okay but not great. Does anyone have a better suggestion on how the clean the title corners. The material is a maple plywood with a thin veneer.

Probably a chisel bevel down or a plane iron bevel up... use a slicing motion rather than pushing straight in. Not sure wht you maen by "title corners".
I agree a chisel with a good edge is your best bet. The important thing, since you mention it's our first project, is what you learn from the experience. Every project, no matter how long you work wood, is a learning opportunity. Here are 2 things I think you should take away. First, glue is much easier to remove when it is still liquid or semi-solid. Second, glue squeeze out is OK (maybe even good). It means you have enough glue in the joint. So the really key take away is - don't starve your future joints for glue. No matter how much of a pain in the rear it is to clean this one.
You can try using a card scraper. I wouldn't turn a hook for this application, just stone the edge and sides square. Chisel may also work, but be careful.
