Is FineWoodWorking.com psychic or what? This morning over coffee I was trying to puzzle out how to make a jig to cut slots in the corners of mitered boxes for splines. The jig in my mind’s eye had bells and whistles that I would probably never need. I was having a hard time visualizing how it would all hang together. Then before going out to the shop I logged on to the FWW site to check the Knots forum. Lo and behold! There was Gary Rogowski using a simple, effective jig to do exactly what I wanted to do. His jig was easy to put together, easy to use and will probably last a long time.
Despite my many postings to this forum I am still very much an amateur woodworker. I am doing my best to learn and the expertise on this site and in this forum has helped tremendously.
Thanks everyone, George
