Try McFeely's Screws. I think what you are after is called a round washer head screw.
Check Home Depot. They carry metric truss head screws that can be broken off in 1/4" increments to fit whatever thickness you might need.
I've been using them for about a year and wouldn't be without them.
BTW, I toss the M6x25 screws that come with most drawer pulls, but would gladly donate them to someone who can use them. - lol
Are you looking for wood screws with a wide head? My HD carries them, in one-pound boxes. They're on a shelf for specialty screws for construction, not the area with little plastic bags of screws. HD calls them lath screws. Apparently they're intended for fastening lath, as in lath-and-plaster walls.
You might be getting answers to two similar but different questions.
To hold a drawer face or front to a separate, complete drawer box the McFeely screws work well. You can drill a slightly oversize hold through the front of the drawer box to allow some adjustment of the drawer front to the box.
And if you are attaching a drawer front to a separate complete drawer box the screws that come with handles or pulls will no longer be long enough to reach through the two layers. For this the snap-off truss screws will allow you to zoom in on the needed length. In my case, I was always attaching a 3/4" wide drawer face or front to a separate complete drawer box made of 1/2" thick stock, so the handle screws were always going to be the same length, and I bought a box of 100 screws of the needed length. Hope this isn't too poorly explained.
