The 37-350 features a paralleogram table system which is a superior system to the dovetailed ways of the 37-380. Ironically the 37-380 is called a professional model when in actuality the 37-350 is a professional machine while the 37-380 is geared toward the hobby wooworker. The 37-350 is a much better unit by far. High end European jointers use the parallelogram system as well, Martin, etc. The fit and finish are much nicer as well on the 37-350.
