take one of the brushes out and go to any motor repair shop. A Black & Decker / Dewalt center should have them too.
I usually just order my DeWalt parts online, either from DeWalt or a third party:

http://www.repcoinc.com has a search function that lets you input the size and material to search for the correct brush.
But try a good hardware store or motor repair shop first.
If I recall correctly dewalt has a list of the authorized repair shops on their site along with the tech manuals so long as it is not too old. Most of them will stock the common parts. I have had great luck getting Dewalt pieces fixed at one of the shops.
