Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone was currently using a Dewalt model 621 in a router table and if so how is the cutting depth?
I would like to put mine in a router table because it is currently the most powerful router I have. I was wondering if I would have to use a collet extension of some sort?
Thanks in advance for replies.

Webby,
I have a #621 in my router table...have had no problems. You're probably aware there is a handle you san buy which eliminates the plunge function and allows you to raise and lower the bit. The handle attaches to the longest post/stop and provides about an 1 1/4" range...as I recall.
Hi BG
I would be grateful if you email me and let me know the handle that raise the router 621. Is this the Router Raizer ??
Thank you very much

Ragman,
I called it a handle for lack of a better term....your router raizer is probably the correct term. Anyhow, Woodcraft and others stock them...like a small 'T' with a female thread on the end...costs about $20.
I believe they are made by Dewalt.
