Sorry? Here's another photo (a bit better size I think for this forum). It's actually an Art Piece titled 'Size Does Matter'. Both the screw 'head' and 'tail' hang on opposite sides of a wall (any wall) using keyhole hangers.

Funny, as I was cutting the darn threads with a quarter inch chisel, it began to feel like a post hole auger.
