I’m new to woodworking. I’ve purchased some aluminum t track to construct some jigs, but I not sure the best way to cut the t-track to length. Suggestions?

You can cut aluminum easily by hand with a hacksaw, use a fresh sharp fine, or medium toothed blade, no lubrication is needed. The cut will only take a minute or so, and will clean up easily with a file.
If you want to cut it on a power saw, get a saw blade meant for nonferrous metal for your table saw, they're commonly available. You only need an 8" blade, if you can find one, it will be less expensive than a 10" blade. A fine toothed veneer and laminate blade will also saw aluminum nicely, and won't damage the blade. Feed slow and steady, especially when starting the cut, aluminum can grab the blade, causing a torn up cut, if fed too fast.
You can also cut aluminum with a non ferrous blade on a miter saw, but I don't recommend it, if the blade grabs, things get violent.
