I wanted to see in your opinion which is more stable….
3/4″ full veneer core or 3/4″ combi-core (veneer core with mdf faces)
both would be laminated both sides to be balanced.
I am mainly concerned about which would be less likely to swell just due to normal tempeture and humidty changes. Thanks.

What is the application?
Either should be reasonably stable for most applications, IF properly sealed. MDF faces provide a smoother surface for painted applications, but I think MDF is more susceptable to moisture absorbtion, so edges need to be sealed, too.
I think that would depend on what you are "laminating" them with. If it is with something hard, like Formica, all-veneer core would be OK. The slight surface variations won't make a difference. If you are, however, veneering them with a thin, exotic wood veneer, or something similar, the smooth surface of MDF-faced ply might be better.,
We are using Wilsonart brand cabinet liner.
Talk to Wilsonart?
I'd give them a call to see if they have a recommendation.
