Yesterday I had occasion to visit the HTC factory. (Mobile bases, the Brett saw guard etc.) While there I saw that they make a product they refer to as “Machine Covers”. These, I’ll call them “tarps”, are permeable: they let moisture escape but do not permit any to enter.
I don’t have a condensation problem as I use radiant heat, but I’ve seen enough posts from others and thought this might be of help.

I highly recommend the HTC machine covers. I use the them with Renaissance wax and my cast iron tops are pristine in my mostly unheated shop in NE Ohio.
