Has anyone tried the laserkerf laser tool on a sliding 12″ miter saw and is it repeatable?
I have a Bosch 4412 from about 2 years ago and find it solid in use for crown moldings, including scarf joints. The dust collection is less than good so I mounted a piece of plywood on the back on the slide to keep the dust from shooting all over my shop (well, actually half of a garage). It, like all my other tools, is on rollers so the wife can get her car in the garage each night.
Thanks

Looking it over two things come to mind-
The way it is mounted I think the beam would disappear
as you lower the blade. I've used saws set up like that
and found it disconcerting.
Also it's kind of expensive.
But it looks well made, and the adjustments seam simple
enough. to me the adjustments are very important on these
lasers, since you'll be stopping to use them from time to time.
I currently have a Dewalt laser cms. Works well but the
adjustments can be mind boggling.
