I’ve had a table saw that my brother-in-law gave me 10+ years ago and the saw is ~20 years old. Recently I tried to angle the blade but it wouldn’t budge. I thought I would have to buy a new saw and didn’t really have the money. As a last resort I dismantled the entire saw last night and found 1 tiny screw holding the tilt tight. I loosened it and it will tilt now. Also, by taking apart your entire table saw you might be able to learn a few things about it which could help in using it (without having a manual). Just be sure you put it back together correctly…no extra bolts!
