change email address – how to do so??

Hi All,
A search of the FAQ’s hasn’t shown anything and I can not see anything in the ‘my forums’ section that allows me to change my email address (I closed the old yahoo account as I was getting sick of spam)
Can anyone tell me how to change the email address associated with the account please?
