Has anyone found a good aftermarket zero clearance insert for the Bosch 4000?
I have Bosch’s but it is so flimsy it is worthless.
Any help would be appreciated. It really aids in the dust collection to have it in place. I spent the morning choking on mdf dust.
I don’t have a dust collector just a vac, and it is to weak to pull dust with the standard insert in place.
Thanks.

When I had my Bosch, I used the ones from Peachtree Woodworking. From what I remember, they seemed pretty decent.

Great, how did they fit? Did you have to modify them?
I could have figured out how to make one, but that woud take time and the bosch isn't that easy to make one for.Webby
IIRC, I had to do trim the edges just a touch to make it fit. Not much though, a few minutes work.Josh
