Hi All,
Need your help again. I accidently till the arbor for 45 degree cut, with the fence stay intact which causes my blade bent and throwed away. But my big problem is now the blade out of alignment about 1/32 in. Took the whole assemby out, replace the ball bearings at the abor assembly( they are going bad), check the abor still good. Tried to adjust the front and gear brackets, dosen’t matter how I moved, front blade and rear blade is out 1/32 in. Run the saw with new blade, no wobling(spelling). Assuming the 2 linking bars ( between 2 brackets) are crooked then it should be able to adjust the brackets to realign the abor but it doesn’t help. What else could it be? I don’t know who made my TS (bought 12 years ago), but it seem identical to Grizzly 1023. Thanks in advance. vn.

Vince,
Is this a cabinet style saw? have you tried to align the top with the blade? You can download the Grizz 1023 manual from their website.
Craig,
No, I should say it look like Grizzly 1022 not 1023. Amazing, I just read the 1022 manual book, It says 1/32 in is acceptable. If this is the case, won't the blade worn out, at least in my case, since the front is bigger than th e rear 1/32" reference to the fence in the right. vn.
Sounds like another situation where a contractor's saw's carriage assembly got thrown out of whack. Not an easy situation to fix. Where's that other thread anyway? I'll look and post a link after I grab a cup of coffee.

OK, here's a link to another tablesaw alignment thread. Just for further edification -- don't know if it's exactly your problem.

forest_girl,
That is what I think the link bars( carriage rods) are out of alignment What a shame, I should ask this site first, I did drill tthe trunion holes bigger which I thought it might help, but it didn't.. so Is this time for a new saw? vn
You probably don't need a new saw, but you will need someone who knows how to re-align that carriage assembly and get it put back together properly. Go back and read that thread again -- you'll see some hints from me on how to find someone.forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
