Anyone knows of any good source for plans for baby furniture, specially a change table ?
I’ve looked rapidly and found close to nothing or did not find to my own personnal taste. Thanks for any pointers.

Bruno,
I designed and built a changing dresser based upon a medicine cabinet in "The Shaker Legacy". The top drawer is full width and is mounted on full extension glides. You open the drawer, put the baby in the drawer, and change diapers. Mom or dad are not required to move the stuff on top of the dresser. I built two of these, one for each daughter and they love them. There is no risk of tipping, which is the major concern, because the chest is heavy enough. After the child outgrows diapers, the cabinet becomes a nice storage chest.
Good luck, Tom.
Bruno, one of the members of at WWA awhile back made a changing table that could be converted to a dresser when "changing" was no longer a necessity. Seemed likea great idea. Want me to see if I can find it?
I made two using the plans for the maple/cherry dresser series from Wood Magazine. I cut it down to 3/4 size and did a door for the bottom two rows of drawers to deal with the assemetry.

I made a changing top tray to hold the pad that can be a tray for brick brac later.
I made a very simple one from some clear pine and some doweling. The design was to provide space for toys and books, with the top changing shelf suitable for holding toys when the kids got old enough. Buy a pad before sizing the changing shelf; this one originally held a comfy quilted changing thingy.
15 years later and we're finally retiring the table. It will go into the garage attic next to the crib.
The finish is mostly stickers the kids stuck on over the years...
I made one similar to the photo posted by Pondfish. It was based on dimensions of commercial ones, and my own "napkin design sketches".
After starting to use it I realized it was missing something. A shelf/rack/space to hold the numerous items that go along with the chore (dipers, wipes, lotions, toys, etc). The shelves below can hold them, but it was far more convienent/safe to have a supply of them at "baby level" while concentrating on the task at hand.
I ended up adding two fold up shelves on the ends of mine.

we simply bought a dresser from ethan allen and then put a changing pad on top. When our daughter outgrows the need for a chaging table, it'll be her dresser through college :) We use one of the drawers for diapers, etc adn the rest for clothing, blankets, etc.
we're happy we didn't do a specialized chaning table since we'd only use for ~2 yrs.
With that said the shaker picture w/ the pull out station below is beautiful and will serve nicely as a dresser/chest down the road too.
