   It's working fine for moi.  Do you have a PopUp blocker working in the background???  That might cause you a problem.  When you click on the Attach Files button, you should get a pop-up window with instructions.

   Another thought:  Check behind the Knots window in case the pop-up is actually popping "under" for some reason.

   Thanks.  I do use Norton firewall.  I would think that is a common enough piece of software that Taunton would account for it.

   But, no, no window pops up.  I will try again, per your suggestion, and look behind whatever I can find.

   I turned Norton off and got the pop up you are talking about.  But, that concerns me that I have to turn Norton off for this to work.

   You might try dropping a line to [email protected] and see if they have any suggestions.  I use Norton's antivirus stuff, but have not used their firewall.  Is there an adjustment in it somewhere maybe? forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)Another proud member of the  "I Rocked With ToolDoc Club" .... :>)

   I'm also running Norton Internet security and haven't had teh attachment problem you're referring too.  I have to ask, do you have Norton set to allow the action you were trying to do? were you waiting long enough for the attaching process to complete, early on I found attaching took muuch longer than I expected.
