I made a couple of small tables for a client and he is looking for someone to make about 10 at a time for him. I’m not really set up to do production so I will be happy to put him in touch with anyone who wants to do the work. The tables are really simple. Square top, simple trim, 4-way tapered legs, a stretcher and a small tray that slides out. Rather than make the tray fit closely into the opening as I did, you can make the front of it with a lip. The tables are about 14″ square. No idea of what he wants to pay for them, but he wants to sell them.

7/2/10 – I referred a couple of people to the client, but I think that he feels that the price he will have to pay to make the tables will be prohibitive. He’s learning what most woodworkers know, that it’s hard to make a buck selling handcrafted furniture. Thanks to those that responded.

Where is your client located? I would give it a look if it is anywhere near Ohio and doesn;t need crating or boxing for shippment.
He's in South Florida, but I think he has discovered that it will be too costly to make them and sell them for a profit. Thanks for responding.
