I’m looking for a specific piece of Accuride hardware, my regular source doesn’t carry Accuride. Any pointers to online hardware dealers is appreciated, here’s what I’ve already checked out with no luck:
Rockler has what I’m looking for, but as usual their prices are just nuts. Woodcraft can get it but it’s special order.

Jeff, what Accuride hardware are you looking for? Here is a place that I bought some Accuride pocket door hardware from.
http://www.eclectic-ware.com/Eclectic-ware/Accuride/accuride.html
They don't list it on their website, but if you call or e-mail them they can get other models, such as slides. They had good prices and the shipping was very fast.
What are you looking for? If you call, or go to the Accuride website, they should be able to direct you to a dealer who carries the part.
thanks Mike and Dave. I'm looking for the part CBMAC-100 media access center, Accuride only lists woodcraft and rockler as consumer dealers, and rockler's price is $499 for this unit (Rockler is overpriced on their hardware, which is why I never buy anything from them). Even if I end up paying $500 for this hardware it's still about $600 less expensive than an avtrak solution...
I'll call over to a wholesale distributor today and see what I can do with them.
I know what my trade price is for the unit & I'm not surprised Rockler isn't charging more for it.
Where are you located?
Bay Area, how about you?
Southern California. That 80# 50" was likely a DLP
Generally those larger products are built up from existing Accuride subassemblies. You may be able to do the same yourself. For instance, you may be able to combine a pull-out intended for a pantry with lazy-susan bearings and get darn near the same thing.
You should take a look at this unit, there's a lot going on.
I considered adapting some combination of existing hardware, but with the cable routing and so on just decided it would be easier to buy a system. At $500 it's still a whole lot less expensive than competing a/v racks. As a comparison, Middle Atlantics' ASR rack starts at $950.
Is that the new pull out, swiveling, TV stand? Yeah, it's pricey but may be well worth it. I did an entertainment center last year for someone with a 50" flat screen TV that weighed about 80 lbs. They got a little balky when I told them that I would use the Accuride unit that was rated for a 36" TV weighing around 300 lbs. That unit cost about $120.
They tried to pressure me into a smaller unit but I refused to budge because I didn't want the potential liability if the TV fell on one of their kids. There was never a real argument, but I did have to hint that I would deliver the partially built cabinet and they could find someone else to finish it. - lol
this is for the components, the rack pulls out from the cabinet and rotates 90 degrees either way to give you access to all the cabling. It is a lot of $$ but when you consider how much is invested in the components it's not that bad I guess.
I'm surprised that 50" flat screen weighed only 80 lbs., the 42" plasma that we have must weigh almost 180 lbs... there's a lot of glass in those displays.
