   Is anyone else having problems with this coupon code? I just tried to purchase a router from Amazon and it stated:

   We're sorry, but the promotional code you entered cannot be applied to this purchase. Please refer to your promotional coupon for information about item or store restrictions.

   The discount is for Accessories not power tools.  I was going to buy a router but got the message.  After some digging, I found the actual discount description by going to the Amazon.com main page for tools.

   Lots of folks are apparently having problems with the code but it does apply to both accessories and tools as long as it's a "Qualifying Item". If it's qualifying item, there will be a green "$" and the phrase "Special Offers Available", and the discount code will be mentioned below the item description. The item has to be offered directly by Amazon LLC, not a 3rd party seller. If it indeed qualifies and the code doesn't work, call their CS for the discount. IE: the MW5625 is showing for $268.25 shipped...I had trouble getting the code to work, but it does qualify...their CS should credit you the stated discount...$214 shipped. (good price BTW...)

   If you see the offer on the page, below the discription of the tool,it is valid. Per other ww forums...If you have trouble getting the discount to work buy the tool from Amazon and immediately have their customer service dept. call you. Point out the discount problem and they will take the 20% off.

   I had the same experience with Amazon a couple of days ago.  I dialed the CS # 1-800-201-7575, and they resolved it right away.

   Well I tried and tried to get the discount to work with just the router without using their CS.  Then I just happened to add an accessory to the order and bingo it worked fine.  20% off everything.

   I ended up getting the 5625 for table mounting, and the 5616 with body grip. ;-) .  The accessory was the edge guide with micro adjuster.  Figured there was a good chance it would come in handy.  Everything delivered, for just about the price of a PC 7518.  Hope they will last as long.

   I almost ordered the Milwaukee panel saw as it would have been $900 delivered.  But I also ordered a new mortiser earlier this week.  So no panel saw :-(  .  .  .   .  unless the sale last till the end of the month.  :-)
