Grizzly’s Tent Sale a Great Source for Tool Bargains

Looking for a good tool bargain? Well, if you live within driving distance to Muncy, PA, Springfield, MO, or Bellingham, WA, you can buy new tools for bargain prices at Grizzly’s tent sales.
The tent sales are a way for Grizzly to liquidate stock that’s been returned due to minor scratches and dents, or stock that simply has not sold. The first tent sale happened in 1996, says Bill Crofutt, product control manager for Grizzly Industrial, and they had a lot more customers than they expected, even without advertising the event.
Discounts can be high, anywhere from 30% to 40% off the list price, and machines with more extensive damage could be discounted even further, says Crofutt. All payment options are accepted (cash, credit, checks), and the sales are rain or shine. Just be ready to haul away your find; there is no delivery.

You can find some really good deals. I have been going for many years now. A few bits of advice, get there early (5am may get you 100 deep in line) Second, read the tag on the unit carefully to see what is wrong with it. And finally, know exactly what you are looking for, scope it out and hustle to it. All the sweetest deals are gone in about 30 min.
