Not sure if it's fine woodworking, but definitely tested my skills.  It's part of an outdoor holiday display.  The project requirements were: lightweight, portable, withstand the winter elements, strong enough for kids to climb on.  Not shown is a 2 foot high base that gets filled with 900lbs. of sand bags that the dreidel bolts to.  The construction is mostly plywood coated with epoxy.  The finish is oil paint with vinyl lettering.
