Bedroom TV stand and matching bedside stands
comments (1) December 24th, 2009 in Reader's Gallery
Stand and tables made out of solid cherry boards. Design of fluted legs used to match legs of a four poster bed and Queen Ann legs on stands to match leg design of an antique dresser. All units stained with waterbased powder stain and finished with 6 coats of Minwax wipe on poly. Final coat hand rubbed with rottenstone & oil to compare with the antique finishes of the bed and bureau. Traditional wood jointery used with No metal fasteners used in the night stands and only a few square head screws and metal hinges used in the TV stand.
