ELIGIBILITY: The 2023 Fine Woodworking Fuji Spray Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada, except Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years old on the date of entry, and who are not employees, directors, officers, and contractors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Fuji Spray/Fuji Industrial Spray Equipment Ltd. (“Sponsor”), The Taunton Press, Inc. (“Administrator”), or their respective affiliated companies, distributors, or vendors, or any other entities associated with this Sweepstakes (“Entrant” or “Entrants”). Void where prohibited by law.
Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, or tampered with in any way. Entrants must abide by these Official Rules (“Official Rules”) and by entering this Sweepstakes you agree to adhere to the terms, policies and guidelines described in these Official Rules.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
ENTRY PERIOD: Entries for the Sweepstakes will be accepted only during the period beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on October 09, 2023, and ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 09, 2023 (“Entry Period”). To be valid, entries must be received during the Entry Period. The Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.finewoodworking.com/fujispray2023 and enter the Sweepstakes by providing your legal name, phone number, and e-mail address. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant.
ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION: The name, phone number, and email address of Entrants (“Personal Information”) collected as part of this Sweepstakes is subject to the Administrator’s Privacy Policy located at: http://www.taunton.com/privacy-policy/. The Winner’s Personal Information will be shared with the Sponsor for prize fulfillment purposes and is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://fujispray.com/privacy-policy/.
PRIZE: One (1) prize will be awarded and will consist of the following (“Prize”):
Fuji Spray® Semi-PRO 2 with M-Model Gravity Feed System
Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is US$529.00. The Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the Prize receipt and/or use.
DRAWING: On or about November 17, 2023, one (1) potential winner will be chosen by random selection and notified by e-mail. The same e-mail address used to enter the Sweepstakes will be used to notify the potential winner. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
CLAIMING PRIZE: The potential winner must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and, except where prohibited by law, a Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification, or their prize may be forfeited. The potential winner will also be required to provide proof of age and residency by submitting a photo ID and their tax identification number (for tax reporting purposes, if legally required). If the potential winner does not timely return the Declaration and Release, or if information provided within the timely returned Declaration and Release deems the potential winner ineligible, the potential winner will be disqualified, and another random drawing will take place with an alternate potential winner selected. Such process will continue until an eligible winner (“Winner”) is selected to receive the Prize.
As required by law, if the prize value is US$600 or greater, the Administrator will report the value of the Prize and year it is received by the Winner by filing an IRS Form 1099 or the equivalent tax form for Canadians, using Winner’s tax identification number.
NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION: No substitution, exchange or transfer of the prize is allowed by the Winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

TERMS/CONDITIONS: Administrator is not responsible for entries not received due to unavailable network, failed server or other connections, miscommunications, interrupted, misrouted or scrambled transmissions, or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic, or otherwise. Administrator assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry to be received by Administrator due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, of any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, technical problem or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Administrator corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by Entrants or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity.
IDENTITY OF WINNER: You may write to Fine Woodworking at [email protected] no later than January 17, 2024 and request the name of the Sweepstakes Winner.
