WORLDS MOST IMPOSSIBLE HINGE TO FIND

I recently took on a job to make a custom humidor for a cigar collector but when presented with the challenge of finding this hinge or a Silver one like it i have begun to contimplate a long and strenious suicide….but in the end that would probably be just as difficult if not more so than finding this hinge if anyone could help i would be tremendously appreciative!

Not sure if the size would be right but I just bought a set identical to the photo from Brusso.com; thier web site gives the dimensions.
And yes, Woodcraft, Rockler and others sell the Brusso line but you can buy direct.
and also...
Whitechapel sells brass quadrant hinges in a few sizes, like #247HBR631 for instance. You'll have to find a better excuse for suicide.
