I like denim work shirts. Decent ones are hard to find and expensive. Stopped by Sears(no work clothes at J.C Penny’s anymore). $20/ea. for Craftsman, OK, give me 2. Rang up as $10/ea.; make that 5. Save money on shirts, add to tool allowance.
Why is there a link from Breaktime to Knots, but not the reverse?

I see a link to BreakTime right at the bottom of the page header:

>is not there for me.In case this is any help the menue is there when I have the regular window view but when I enlarge the view, on my Mac machine, that is COMMAND>= then it goes away. If I press COMMAND>0 then it is normal size and comes back.rocGive me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe. Abraham Lincoln ( 54° shaves )
You're right. Wasn't there recently.
Is there a phone number one can call to have that GMC truck with the box loads of red and blue plaid shirts drop by one's shop? ;-)
I used to like the LC Penney work blue shirts, too. The local Great-Wall-of-ChinaMart will sometimes have Dickey brand shirts at an almost reasonable price.
I like the work shirts from Duluth Trading. Well made stuff at a reasonable price. Good sales from time to time.http://www.duluthtrading.com/Regards,Ron
Duluth also has great pocket-T's. Long tail, no plumber's butt, don't seem to shrink, lots of colors, decent price, and frequent sales once you are a customer, email specials.

Habilis,
Dickies makes a darn good work shirt. I like the twin button pockets, the tail length, workmanship, etc. Also their T-shirts with pockets are very good. Check them at http://www.dickies.com/

Yeah, I like Dickies, especially when they have sales, but the price is twice what I paid. And I like to see what I'm buying whenever possible. Used to buy Levis, Lee, Wrangler, Penny's or Sears. These days It's hard to find any in a store and I hate the crap where the pocket flaps, button seam and collar bunch up.
Dusty,I'm at the cusp of large and extra large and I like a loose fit.
Any shrinkage and their finishing rags. How do the shirt Dickies settle out after a wash? Especially the pocket Ts?Anyone ever had Duckhead brand? Work Chinos would last forever, longer than jeans by far. Duckhead used to have great product. From southern Georgia.BB
BB,
I am also in the Large working on X-Large range. Dickies fit comfortably. I have never noticed any shrinkage. Winter I go with their long sleeve shirts. Spring and Fall the short sleeve shirts and Summer the pocket Tee.

My staple work shirts are Work n' Sport shirts. I get them at Farm and Fleet. Last week, they were on sale for $8 each. 100% cotton, and they are very comfortable. I bought every XXL they had left (only 6).
