   please advise what this coop is? is it a shop that we share the expense? anyone can join? please advise details.

   I have not established what the cost would be, that would depend on how many members would join. My goal is to make it as inexpensive as possible,and yes anyone with a good attitude can join. Also asking for suggestions.
