Specifically, I am interested in the nature of the organizations structure, costs, fees, legal considerations encountered–anything that would be of value in evaluating the formation of such a group. Any thoughts or comments based on actual experience would be welcome.

Joint Stock Company is looking for partners in order to establish in Severodvinsk a woodworking joint venture with the annual output approximately 3-6 thousand cbm of planed wood.
We possess as follows:
- the land of 1,2 hectare
- not heated building with truck roads for transportation with the area of 1520 sq.m
- moulding machine S-25 (Russia)
- band mill "Agazzani" (Italy) with the saw blade width from 100 up to 60 mm
- trucks
Our main need: equipment for further wood processing
