Circumstances require that I dispose of my woodlathe. It is a 12 inch Craftsman w/1/2 hp motor, 4 different chucks, and a variety of accessories. Like new, perfect condition, runs great. Have pictures. Anyone interested??

Sawdust,
Sorry you have to sell it! With that said, there is a classified section here and adding some basic information would help you sell it faster. Since it is heavy, location is important as is what sort of chucks and what your price is.
Also, posting the model number will allow people to see who actually made it for Sears.
Lastly, another place to try selling it if nobody here steps up, is http://www.craigslist.com I buy a lot of tools off of there. I just got the coolest 8" table saw built by Atlas and more advanced in some ways that saws made today and about as heavy!
Good luck!
Saw,
Just happened to be going through some old stuff and saw you had this for sale. Whereabouts are you located? Still have it? How much?
Rasko
Yep, still have it. Live in Washington, CT. Asking $250. Interested? Where do you live? I will not be available from 21 Aug to 10 Sept. If you are in the area you could see it or I can send pictures.
Sawdust
Hey Sawdust.
I'm also in the market for a lathe to learn some skills on.
If your contact with Rasko doesn't pan out, let me know. I'm on the shoreline in CT probably less than an hour away from you.
Thanks,Griff
Hi Griff,
Well, Rasko lives in California and I believe the shipping costs would out weigh any other considerations. You and I could easily get together. I will be away starting tomorrow and back on the 10th of September. Let's put it together then and see what you think.
Sawdust
that makes the most sense, for the two of you. I am sure i will find one around here somewhere.
Hi Griff,
Came back from vacation early. If you are still interested in the lathe, let's work something out.
Sawdust
Sawdust,
Sent you a reply marked "To you only" a few minutes ago. Tell me if you dn't get it.Griff
Hmmm..
I am in california.
Shipping would probably cost just as much.....thoughts?
