Good Morning,
I’m considering a Mini Max MM 16 bandsaw and would apprecate hearing about peoples’ experiences w/ this machine…..or why you chose another machine over it. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I've owned a Minimax 16 for a few months now and I have to say that it is a really nice tool. Their saw has a larger cutting capacity and more HP than the others in it's class.
If you buy one be prepared to spend awhile cleaning off the cosomoline that they smear all over it. But I guess it's better that than rust.
The proof is in the puddin'
I agree the Minimax is a top quality BS, for I've seen the Minimax in action at a Woodworking Show in Las Vegas.
Does anyone have any input on the BS put out by Eagle Tools? Based on what I've seen on their web sites I'd have to say the saws were identical all except for the price.
Thanks for the input & Enjoy the Holiday!
I might be wrong but I think they sell The Aggazani brand. These saws are top of the line tools also. However the one that compares with the Minimax 16 has less HP and only resaws 10" compared to the 13" that the Minimax is capable of.The proof is in the puddin'

Ditto nicobie on Eagle selling Aggazani. Another Italian B/S which is excellent and the customer service is great from all feedback.
Don't have a Mini-max, but would love to have one. It's a winner..
Luck....

If you do not mind me asking, how many 4" dust collection ports are there? Then is the port closest to the lower guides enclosed?
Thank you
There is only one 4" DC port and it is hooked up to the enclosed area that houses the lower blade guides. The proof is in the puddin'
