http://www.veneersupplies.com/ Is a good site. He has lots of variety, plain to super fancy, pictures of each item, prompt service, and lots of info on veneering too. What more could you ask for?

B & B Rare Woods is another good site, great selection and great customer service.
I've had good luck with Certainly Wood too.
Three generations of my family have been using.

Have any tricks to share regarding handling long pieces? First batch I ordered I had some 18" x 12' pieces and I cracked it in several places getting it into my flat overhead storage bin. Good learning experience working with the tape, but I dont want to do it again.
TIA

I have been happy with what I get here. http://www.certainlywood.com/
If you can buy in larger quantities, the discounts are much better.
However, if you are after domestic veneers, and would like to get specific size faces already spliced, you can do better, but your question was not specific enough for me to expound hoping to guess what you are after.
