have an old item that has veneer. gave it to daughter and it got misused. the veneer is parting at some places and need to re apply. I’m over 80 and the item has been in my family. have never seen a pic of it in all the road shows I watch and soooo want to slowly restore, that is put the veener back in place plus then make it look happy..

There has been some discussions about repairing such items in F&C (UK furniture and cabinet) over the last few months. No repair experience myself, but if you can post a pic or two of the damage I am sure someone else will be happy to help you out.
