A few months ago I picked up a vacuum pump, a 4′ x 6′ vinyl bag and the few little extras required for pressing projects. I don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago! It’s amazing what these little babies can do.
For most of my projects the 4′ x 6′ bag is more than enough, but once in a while I need something a little longer. There are even times I would like something smaller. I can go pay full price for another bag but there must be a cheaper way. Anyone know what material could work, where I can get it, what adhesive is required, tips on how to do it, etc.?

LOL, I answered your question on the CWW forum but perhaps someone here can find this info useful.
My local upholstery shop has vinyl rolls 54" wide. A 54" x 54" piece costs me ~$25 and the vinyl adhesive is ~$8.

Don has it right, it's the stuff rear windows in convertible tops are made from.
