Seems that I made a big mistake.
I glued a cedar arm rest to a bracket in the wrong place on 8 armrests.
I used Titebond 3 glue.
Is it possible to separate these in any way.
If not I would prefer to keep the bracket intact and damage the arm rest in separating them.
If there is a way to cut them apart.
Thanks

Bracket
If you covered the surfaces thoroughly with glue then wedging apart is a problem especially with soft wood. I would get one of those long saws all blades ( fine teeth) 10 inches long or so - and file off some of the set - and cut the pieces apart

The only success I have had is to apply heat to the joint. I use an infrared heat lamp. It takes quite while and man not be successful.
