It has been some time since I subscribed to fine woodworking, but I seem to remember an article or two many years ago about building a shop in a trailer. I am considering building a small shop 20 X 8 on the bed of an old travel trailer. Does anyone remember such an aritcle or have any suggestions?
Thanks,
Bob

I see a lot of custom install and trim guys that do it. Most of the machines are set up to be rolled out into the drive way.

Just make sure your trailer is secure. Thefts of the whole trailer are very common, thieves just hook up and drive away.
Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
Thanks for the warning
At page 140 of Taunton's The Workshop Book by Scott Landis (1991), they show a mobile workshop built in/on a 2-1/2 ton 1958 Chevy van. Maybe that's what you were thinking of.
Thanks, I will check it out
