I’m thinking of purchasing a DeWalt or Festool track saw.
Anyone out there use them or knows the difference between em?
What’s the quality like and how about prices?
Thanks in advance,
Chaim

The Festool is a marvel. I don't know anything about the new DeWalt.
With the Festool I get glue-up quality edges - at 90* or any other angle. Dust collection is superb.
Of course it can be used to break-down sheet-goods, but I use it for edge trimming hardwoods.

Thanks, I was wondering about dust collection,

Out of curiousity, have you ruled out the Makita?

Thanks Chris, I haven't ruled anything out yet including deciding its too expensive and living with my home made saw guide (although I know its not the same!)
I just wasn't privy to their PR as I live in Israel and thankfully don't own a TV just a computer (same thing if you ask me)
